Our trial classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as people with previous martial arts experience. Select an appropriate class using the booking panel below and reserve your place online.
A £10 trial booking fee is required to secure your place. If you decide to become a member after your trial, the £10 can be credited or refunded once you have signed up. Please speak to reception to arrange this.
If you cannot attend, use the link in your confirmation email to amend or cancel your booking so the space can be offered to somebody else.
